CALISTHENICS
I started training calisthenics in the spring of 2021 after a finger injury from climbing. I had no prior background in strength training or gymnastics, but I found the challenge of attaining calisthenics skills unexpectedly exciting.
Here is a selection of calisthenics skills for which I have spent considerable time training:
German Hang to Backlever Pull to Front Lever Negative
Straddle Handstand to Bent-Arm Planche to L-sit
Rings Straight-Body Press to Bent-Arm Planche Hold
Pike Price to Shoulder Stand to Bent-Arm Planche
Tuck Planche Pushup
Seven Unbroken Back Lever Pulls
Straddle Front Lever to Back Lever
Ring Muscle-up
Nordic Curl
